NVOCC Licence

In January 2003, Topline Express Logistics was granted a full NVOCC-Non-Vessel-Operating-Common-Carrier licence (MOC-NV 00746) by the Ministry of Communications of the PRC.

The issuing of such a licence to a private company is particularly uncommon in China and it is a definite recognition of the kind of service excellence Topline Express offers our customers.

As a result of obtaining the licence, Topline Express is now able to issue its own Bill of Lading.
