Martin
X. F. Zhao
President |
|
Martin has been working in the field of international forwarding for more than
20 years. A graduate from Shanghai Maritime University, Martin also holds a
Certificate in Management and Leadership from the China Europe Management
Institute,as well as a Certificate in Customer Service Management
from Hong Kong Pacific Human Resources Centre.
From 1987 to 1994, Martin worked for the Sino-British
joint-venture company Land-Ocean Inchcape
International Container Transport Co., Ltd.,
first as Head of the Freight Forwarding Dept.,
then as Commercial Manager. In 1994,
Martin took the leadership of David Rey
Transportation International Ltd., registered
in Hong Kong, which throve rapidly in the China
air and ocean freight forwarding market. Following
DTI's decision to create a new company to
better meet the increasingly complex
logistics needs of an ever-expanding
customer base, Martin became
the President of the new entity, Topline Express
Logistics. |

Robert
Lane

President |
|
Robert has held various positions in senior management within small busine-ss and multinational companies spanning his career over 30 years.Originally
trained as a managing director in the retail automotive industry in Australia,
he has worked in sales, business assessment and strategic planning,distrib-
ution and operations.He has also ledbusiness development and operations
in the technology and innovation sectors. At an organisational
level, his
experience is in developing strategic direction
and measurement solutions to meet various business challenges and has written management perform-
ance measurement programs that allow the
stakeholders to understand the relative performance
of a department orcompany.
Robert has been based in China since 2005, working
within the Chinese
automotive industry, including
engaging the major local manufacturers
in
export strategies to new markets; purchasing, logistics and export operati-ons for
numerous organisations.
Robert has lived and
worked in Australia and the U.S. and now resides
in
Shanghai. |

Victoria Sexton

Victoria has over twenty years business experience,holding various positio-ns in senior management within the consulting services, marketing and
manufacturing sectors in Australia and China.
Most recently Victoria spent four years as Director,China,of a multinational
Human Capital Management firm, based
in Shanghai, providing consulting services
for global organisations requiring
employee management during periods of
restructuring, M&A, expansion
or downsizing. As Director of the China office,
Victoria was responsible for the company¡¯s
China expansion strategy, marketing and implementation.Clients included Fortune 500 organ-isations
in telecommunications, technology,
automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical
and consumer goods.
Prior to moving to Shanghai, Victoria held senior positions in executive sear-
ch, marketing and manufacturing organisations
in Australia.
Victoria has lived and worked in
London as well as having worked in many countries
in Asia, Europe and the US on behalf of clients.
She first came to China in 1994 to study Mandarin
at Nanjing Normal University and has lived
in Shanghai since 2002. |

Isabelle F. Rey Lescure

A graduate from Columbia University in New York with a Ph. D in Chinese
Anthropology, Isabelle has been professionally
active in China for more
than 15 years.
Successful business relationships between
foreign partners are based on mutual understanding
and for many years Isabelle has offered consulting
services to both foreign and Chinese enterprises
to help them bridge th-
eir differences.
For the last few years, Isabelle has worked as Director of Business Dev-elopment
for a number of Chinese companies in the field
of international business. Isabelle has joined
Topline Express in November 2002 and is n-
ow in charge of marketing and communications.

YC has a long career
in the area of Human Resources management, having
worked in that field for nealy 30 years. A graduate
of CCP school, YC has b-
een working in various HR roles of increasing
responsibilities, successively in SOEs, listed
companies and private companies. YC's career
also spans the different periods
in China's economic development, from planned
economy to market economy.
YC has definite expertise in the HR field, from
HR planning and management
to staff training. YC has joined Topline
Express Logistics as HR Manager in
2007 and is now importantly contributing to
the smooth management and development
of the human capital of the company. |

William
W.L.Loh

|
William is a true specialist
in the logistics field, as well as a senior
scholar. William graduated from Shanghai St.
John's University in 1947, entering thereafter
the shipping industry where he spent his whole
career. Over a
forty year period, William held management
roles of increasing responsib-
ility for leading companies in the field,
from APL, to PENAVICO, SICT, INCH-
CAPE and finally EKPAC. William also held
different positions as lecturer in logistics
studies for both the Shanghai Harbour Administration
Bureau and
the Shanghai Harbour University.
William is now acting as a Senior Advisor
for Topline Express Logistics wh-
ere he contributes his valuable advice regarding
the development of the company. William is
also seen as a mentor by many of the younger
staff,
whom he inspires by his tremendous knowledge of and passion for the lo-
gistics industry. |
